Hello

Does anyone know if EIS and BR investments are caught by the new enhanced reporting requirments for Gabriel?

According to the rules this is meant to be for the likes of UCIS/Non-Mainstream Pooled Investments however it also lists Non-readily realisable securities i.e. unlisted shares as coming under it too.

Given that most EIS and BR products will invest in the shares of unlisted companies would this mean that they need to be reported on as well?
