Looking for Job Title suggestions for the admin team

Hi, We are looking at changing the job title for our admin team. as we feel calling them "administrators" do not really reflect all the work they do. furthermore it can be a bit undermining, keeping in mind they are responsible for all dealing... we all know this is much more than a "button pusher" job. Any ideas? Thanks!! Elsa

Hey Elsa   our guys do loads of things over and above administration, they like the name Client Services.  What do the people who do the job think, have they got anything that they want to be called?

Client Support (administrators) and Technical Support (paraplanners) seems to be quite popular and kinda work well together.

I also like Client Support - it encompasses so much more than "administration".

On the other end of the spectrum, for me at least, is Sales Support and calling financial planners, Consultants.
