Annuity for a dependant child

HI folks

Does anyone know of a provider who can offer a fixed term annuity for a child aged 10?

We have been approached by the trustees of a scheme that we deal with who are looking to purchase an annuity on the open market as the scheme it relates to is expected to wind up and the current insurer is unwilling to take on the additional liability.
