What single AF qualification adds most career/salary value?

I’m not currently working in Financial services (I used to & hold the diploma)
I’ve just spoke to a recruitment person & they said to do AF7 pensions first as the most sought after qualification which would make me most attractive to Employers of all the AFs.
What do you think? Thanks

Probably AF7, it gives you the title of Pension Transfer Specialist. Even if your company doesn't do DB transfers, it's still handy for dealing with clients who have guaranteed benefits.
AF4 and AF1 would then be next on my list.
In my opinion, I think those three AF papers are the most useful.

Remember if you're aiming for Chartered you will need to pass AF5 (the compulsory paper)
