R04 CII question pack query

Just wondering if anyone else has come across this question in the CII R04 pack on Revisionmate and can shed some light. I've checked the textbook several times and can't find any place where it says anything other than £150k plus costs, interest and interest on costs. Am I wrong or are they?

The key word here is April, as actions after this date are subject to the higher FOS award of £350,000. Any complaints referred before that date i think are still subject to the max £150,000.

Thank you. There was an update that I hadn't looked at which includes the new rates!
