Client looking to use SIPP to purchase agricultural land (paddocks for horses).

Not done a property purchase through a SIPP for a fair while.

Who are the major players still?

I've got an agricultural land SIPP purchase going through with InvestAcc at the moment and it has been the best SIPP purchase experience I've had to date vs others mentioned in your list.

Of course it would be worth giving them a ring to talk it through initially but they are very flexible and easy to use!

I'm not sure James Hay are particularly good with land purchase (well not in our experience). We used @SIPP for our most recent land purchase - similar to your situation.

City Trustees/Mattioli Woods especially if you need borrowing they've had decent service from a couple of my advisers clients
