Hi all,

We are preparing for the introduction of SMCR here, i believe we are ahead of the game but there is one problem we are getting stuck on.

What are your firms interpretations on the implications of being a registered senior manager in terms of responsibility and liability?

Could anyone also provide a short summary of how your firm is preparing for SMCR?

    There is some great stuff via Apricity Compliance if you sign up for newsletters and there is a 360 guide somewhere I have seen which was useful. Apricity are running free webinars.workshops too.

    Although after my initial research it doesn't apply to appointed representatives of networks!
