Final Salary - Cash Calc Questionnaire

Does anyone use the Cashcalc Questonnaire for DB cases - what are your views on it? good, bad, indifferent?

We currently use the Threesixty one and thinking about changing it to tie in with Cashflow modelling and seems a better format.

Any opinions would be appreciated.
