Best platform for holding ETFs

Does anyone know of any advised platforms that don't charge a custody fee, or apply a £ cap, on ETFs held within a portfolio?

I'm thinking of something along the lines of Hargreaves Lansdown (and some other D2C platforms) where it's free for GIAs, capped at £45 for ISAs and capped at £200 for SIPPs if only holding shares or ETFs.
