Hi, we have a client with a DB pot of under £30,000 and are looking to transfer this to a DC pot, however we are struggling to find a provider who will take the pot without the client receiving full and formal advice. Has anyone got any suggestions?

Should probably mention that the client will not be an ongoing advised client.
If you are looking to tell the client who a suitable provider is (or even a range of them) then you've crossed the DB transfer advice threshold and are liable for the advice and have to comply with your regulatory requirements.
