Death in Service for one employee

Hi All

Anyone know of a provider that might offer death in service for one employee? 


The employer is based in Canada and so we cannot go down the Relevant Life route?

All providers i can think of are minimum 2 members (some minimum 5 or 6). Sorry I can't help on this one.
