GDPR - Data Processor Agreement

One of the advisers that I support has asked me to sign a Data Processor Agreement. There are several sections that cause me concern including one that says that as the Data Processor I shall indemnify the Data Controller against all costs, claims, damages incurred by the Data Controller in the event of a claim brought against the Data Controller arising from any action by me as the Data Processor.
Has anyone been asked to sign such an agreement and if so were you happy to do so?
