Advisor Role in Hertfordshire (Wagstaffs Wealth Management)
Good morning all
We are a small IFA practice based in Stevenage. In the team we have 3 advisors and 3 support staff. We are part of the Fairstone Group and been in business since 1986 with our sister accountancy firm in business since c1948. We have strong client relationships (c330 clients in total) with our business built on service. We have plenty of new client work if we want it but has to be the right clients who want to work on a long-term basis. We have our accountancy practice providing a steam of clients and strong local solicitor connections.
Our third advisor is moving onto pastures new with our blessing and we part friends. As way of background he came into Wagstaffs from Bancassurance / Prudential 3 years ago so we had to get him educated onholistic financial planning
It is an employed role with c110 clients and AUM to be confirmed (£35m+ and more likely to be £40m+). Long standing clients with the majority on platforms and in our evidence-based investment solutions (multi asset funds from the likes of Vanguard and Dimensional). Pensions and investments with a bit of life cover and all private clients (not corporate clients or group pensions etc). All set up with customer agreed remuneration so this part is a servicing role. We also have enough new client work when we have capacity. This change gives us the opportunity to review the client portfolio and correctly disengage any work as appropriate.
I am open minded on the candidate and the salary will reflect that; has to be Diploma Qualified

Competitive salary based on experience. Office based (Stevenage) with most clients coming into the office, no evenings nor weekends. They would have a dedicated PA / Admin / paraplanner lady who has worked with these clients for 13 years. Great opportunity for someone to build a business, work with great clients and naturally earnings would follow upwards.
