State pension forecasts

Hi all, I recently heard of a client who had obtained a State pension forecast online and got a different figure to the one from completing the BR19 form. It's been suggested to me that the online service is not client specific, but I have no idea if this is true. Does anyone have any experience of the online service and, specifically, have you compared this to the forecast from a BR19?

Hi Mosher, apparently if there is any COPE element, it is better to phone for a forecast to get the most accurate figure.
