Hi,
Can anyone recommend a decent book/set of books on trusts? I need a go to resource that isn't google and is comprehensive and trustworthy!
Thanks

I have used TechLink in the past (on Trusts and other matters); albeit searching and drilling down to the particular topic you want can be a little onerous.
Would appreciate pointers to other useful resources too.
Thanks Jona, Techlink is a good shout, I'm also registering for a trial with Bloomsbury Professional and Tolley Guidance as a possible alternative to a hard copy resource (although probably gonna cost me more.
In the meantime, I remembered that the CII has a massive library, so I've borrowed a couple of Trust books from 2017/18 and if they're decent I'll stump up for the latest versions.
@benjaminfabi Ahh yes the CII library - not used it much but might take a more involved stance with it.
Whenever I'm reading up on trusts a name that comes up time and again is James Kessler QC. He writes for Tolleys quite a lot. I like his writing style. He's got a book called 'Drafting Trusts & Will Trusts' which seems to be a pretty definitive guide, but quite pricey.
