Meeting Recording

Hi everyone!

We're looking into recording client meetings and had a couple of questions for those already doing it:

  • What software / recording device are you using?
  • What (if anything) are you using afterwards to convert it into a transcript / meeting note?

Also, any info on how you rolled it out / explained the benefits to clients would be great!

    We have plans to integrate video conferencing into Filehaven, which would then store a copy of the video online for the business and / or client to review later. 👍

    Our company are using something called BigHand... don't know much about it though
