Service Level Agreements

Hi all,

I have been given the task to set service level agreements for paraplanning tasks and to be honest I am not sure where to begin.

The MI data we have is not the best, which we are working on.

What type of SLA's if any do you have in place?

    Just a thought, but could you agree some with your colleagues based on the standards you'd all aspire to achieve (i.e. rather than based on MI), which would likely get a lot more buy-in than coming up with them yourself and rolling them out.

    Could be along the lines of "we think clients should get an initial email response the same day" or "post meeting summaries should be sent within 3 days of a meeting" etc, which are fairly simple to measure but make a big difference.

    Hi Pedro, Thank you. Using MI data is all new to me and I am just trying to get an idea how to manage an effective workflow of Paraplanning cases coming into a team and how long before it goes out back to the adviser. We have just started to use an excel spreadsheet to log workflow as nothing has been used previously.
