Prudential Account Manager

Hi,
I am having serious trouble to get an Account Manager with Prudential. Has anyone else experience the same problem?
I have an application to go out to them and I can not send it as I need to make sure it is all correct. I have called several of their support numbers and I keep on getting same answer: "your account manager can help you with that. Ups you do not have one assigned so we can not help".
It is absolutely ridiculous!
Does anyone have any account manager number so I can call and see if they will help.
