Interview Questions
Help! We are interviewing a potential new paraplanner tomorrow and I need some technical questions to put in front of them.
In the past I have used the end of chapter test questions from the CII R04 (chapter 2 prt 1 and 2 and chapter 4 - pension tax and DB schemes essentially). But, disaster, Revision Mate site is down for maintenance so I cannot get the questions.
Does anyone know of any resource that would give me some pop-quiz type test questions we can use as a gauge for technical knowledge....? I dont have time to write my own....

You could take some questions from the practice papers on the Aviva for Advisors website?
