Potential career switcher seeking advice and insights

I've just started to learn about the world of financial advice and paraplanning. I have so far in my career worked as a software engineer and have begun to consider what other career avenues may be open to me.

I'd really appreciate to be able to have a 20 minute (virtual) coffee chat with a couple of paraplanners to better understand the paraplanning role - both the fun and difficult parts of the job.
