Hello,

Isle of Man domiciled offshore bond in a discretionary trust - contains Irish domiciled funds. Does the trust need to register on The Central Register of Beneficial Ownership of Trusts (CRBOT), or does this requirement apply at the wrapper/product level?

Any guidance much appreciated.

    I assume the trust is a non Irish trust and as the trust doesn't have a business relationship with an Irish provider, then the answer should be no.
