Pura Vida Financial Planning Ltd – Remote (UK)
£40,000 – £45,000 | Full-time (flexible considered)
We’re looking for an experienced paraplanner to join our fully remote, forward-thinking financial planning firm. This is a high-trust role offering real autonomy, where you’ll take ownership of cases from fact-find through to recommendation and suitability.
The Role
Manage end-to-end paraplanning cases, including research, analysis and report writing
Produce high-quality suitability reports, cashflow models and technical analysis
Work closely with advisers and support complex client scenarios
Ensure all work meets FCA and internal quality standards
About You
Minimum 3 years’ paraplanning experience in a regulated firm
Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection
Organised, proactive and confident working independently
