About The Role

This role gives you the opportunity to specialise in new business paraplanning. A dedicated team manages ongoing client relationships, so you can concentrate on high-value technical and strategic work for new clients.
You will partner closely with the Managing Director and Financial Planner and play a central role in shaping advice rather than just documenting it. Your technical insight will directly influence recommendations, giving you professional credibility and ownership.

You will have full responsibility for the quality and integrity of your cases, with the autonomy to manage them end-to-end and the trust to deliver work to a high standard.

This is a long-term career paraplanning role designed for someone who wants to deepen their technical skill, expand their strategic capability, and grow within paraplanning as a profession rather than move into advice.
