Technical Paraplanner - Up to £47k - Fully Remote & Flexi Working Hours

Hi All,

About Us

Founded in 2022 by Chartered Paraplanner Sasha Wakefield, we are a small but mighty team of four technical paraplanners, supported by our Operations & Client Service Manager. We’ve grown steadily by keeping our focus clear: carrying out excellent work, building relationships and supporting planners with care and precision. We take pride in delivering paraplanning that’s grounded in technical expertise, shaped through collaboration and built on trust.

We don’t aim to be big. We aim to be brilliant.

Our team is intentionally small, supportive and close-knit - a place where everyone’s ideas matter and great work is genuinely valued. Creativity and collaboration sit at the heart of how we operate. We share ideas, challenge thinking and work together to produce outcomes we’re proud of.
