Paraplanning Case Management

Hi everyone

What software do people use for managing caseloads / assigning and tracking cases within a paraplanning team?

We currently use a shared excel spreadsheet which (as you would expect) is causing issues - it's grows on a daily basis and users filtering it causes cases to fall through the cracks.

I can run some training on how to create individual views and filters but there has to be a better solution out there.

If your CRM doesn't do this (ours is done via Xplan) then perhaps try Lists in MS365? No additional cost as far as I am aware, and data can be downloaded into Excel or Power BI if you need MI from it. We are using to monitor projects and there's some automation functionality we haven't used yet which might be useful.

Thanks for the suggestion - despite it being right under my nose, I've never even heard of Lists. Going down a rabbit hole to see if it would solve our problem, but really appreciate the input
