Views on a couple of technology providers

Hi all,

We are trying to look at incorporating more technology (including AI) into our firms systems and processes. There are a couple which have come up in discussion and was wondering if anyone currently uses these and has any feedback on them?

The latter I think is relatively new service, so maybe not much feedback yet, but perhaps you have experience of the company behind it and their other services?
