Data gathering

Good morning
Looking for insight please.
What steps has your company taken to ensure the Paraplanner has all the right data, valuations, plan info etc. available to write a case?

Does the PP obtain all this? But this would delay reports?
Do your admin team get this? How do they know what to get?
I am looking for the ideal way to set up the departments to ensure technical resource isn't wasted on basic data gathering.

    I think the simpliest way is to have a list of what information is required about each type of plan, the administrators send off for this information and have a checklist of what has been provided and what hasnt. The tricky bit is whether or not the adminstrators have a basic understanding of the questions being asked, as some questions may not apply. It maybe the case that a paraplanner has to check the information provided and then feedback to the admin team to request any missing information, which notouriously there is.
