Help with LISA suitability report checklist

Hi everyone!
I am about to write my first LISA report, unfortunately, the compliance company we use do not have yet a LISA report checklist/ appendix or even guidance.... as you can imagine I was not impressed.
Does anyone have one they can share? I just want to make sure I am not missing anything.

Have you seen Transact's KFD for their LISA? They've got these bits covered. Let me know if you want a copy.
