Administrator Role/ South East (home based)

I'm delighted to say that our team is growing and developing and because of this we have a vacancy to fill.

You see we seemingly need to help more and more people (clients) each year and because of this we need to increase our resource. It's lovely that so many of our wonderful clients refer us but not lovely when we have to say no to taking on new people because of capacity.

Another nice problem to have is that technical (para)planner would like to become and servicing adviser and our technical (para)planner's assistant would like to become a technical planner. This new role not only creates the capacity to help more people, it's us investing in the progression of the team too.

Could we use tech to do the same thing? Well potentially, for some of it, yes. We're not luddite's but chat bots have no place dealing with financial planning client questions, that needs a human touch.
