Financial Services Administrator
PDB Wealth Partners Ltd are seeking a Full time Experienced Financial Services Administrator; based in our Talbot Green office.
Key Responsibilities
• Producing relevant valuation reports and preparing review packs for client review meetings
• Processing new business, tops ups to existing business, and general servicing requests from clients such as withdrawals.
• Holding responsibility for updating and maintaining client database, and company records.
• Checking and processing client correspondence for accuracy.
• Answering phones and liaising with clients and third parties.
• Aiding with the collation of suitability reports, including ordering quotations, obtaining application forms, key features, and fund fact sheets from life company (via telephone or website).
• Working closely with advisers and paraplanners to deliver first class service to clients.
• Ad hoc office duties ; post, replenishing and ordering stationery, etc
**Ideal Candidate **
• Relevant financial services administration experience gained from working within a Financial Planning/ Financial Adviser organisation.
• Good experience of using a wide variety of wrap platforms. As well as new business processing, you’ll be competent in placing trades on platforms to facilitate portfolio/fund switching and withdrawals.
• Experience of using back-office client management systems.
• Good financial services industry knowledge and a desire to provide all-important quality support to clients.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Support for future qualifications will be keenly provided to enable the successful applicant to further their knowledge and ability in the role. This role will initially be office based, but with scope for hybrid working following the probation period.
