Senior Paraplanner role - West Yorkshire (Wetherby area)
Hi everyone, we're looking to recruit a senior paraplanner into our business, Fensham Howes Ltd. As a firm we look after around 350 clients - with c.300 of these being individuals and families, and c.50 being serious injury clients. We are a 16 strong team, currently with 5 advisers and 6 paraplanners. We've had cashflow forecasting at the heart of our business for 20+ years, and have been working on an AUM basis for the same amount of time. Our clients are highly engaged and view us their trusted adviser. We're a commercially successful, growing business, with c.£400m of assets under management. We are based on a beautiful site (Bowcliffe Hall) just near the A1 south of Wetherby. We offer hybrid working, but we'd expect you to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week. Ideal candidate would be level 6 qualified or well on their way to achieving that level of qualification. Full support for qualifications is offered, and we have a strong emphasis on maintaining technical expertise. We primarily use Voyant and IO, so experience in either or both of these would be a major bonus. We actively encourage members of our paraplanning team to communicate directly with clients and other professional connections. As a senior member of the paraplanning team you would be responsible for setting the planning for our most complex clients.
