US citizens - options?

Hi all,

I'm sure you've all come across cases where you have a UK resident who is also a US citizen and therefore creates a big headache when it comes to selecting a platform/provider.

I am using Synaptic, but cannot find any options which can filter providers which can accommodate US citizens.

Does anyone know how I can find/generate a comprehensive list of providers which will allow for US citizens? It would be in relation to platforms/offshore/insurance companies
