From Paraplanner to Financial Planner

Is anyone aware of any good articles or even training plans, covering various routes to transition from paraplanner/technical administrator to financial planner?

The Next Gen planners training programme is one that one of our colleagues used. Very worthwhile and deals with technical side and soft skills training etc.
