Best offshore bond provider for adviser/customer service

Which offshore bond providers do you currently use and who provides the best service in your opinion/experience?
We mainly use Canada Life and frankly their customer service has been atrocious e.g. withdrawals taking months to process, not stopping withdrawals, lack of ownership with queries, lost death certificates etc.
The issue we have is do we jump ship or would that just be a case of frying pan to fire!

I have dealt with a number of Offshore bond providersover the years and Utmost are by far and away the best service. Forms easily available, quick calcs provided, online system good. Difficult to fault them really. We had an assignment and surrender to the beneficiary recently (80 segments of a total 150 left) and when I called asking where to post the forms, they said 'lets not waste paper' and actioned the whole lot using email/scans.
Requests for chargeable gain calcs are now 5 working days instead of 48 hours but its still not bad.
