Advice around costs for using a solicitor to create a Terms of Business

I'm seeking legal assistance with creating a new Terms of Business for my Paraplanning business.
Would anyone be willing to share how much they paid for creating a Terms of Business using a Solicitor or any guidance on what would be deemed an appropriate cost to be quoted.

I think I paid about £1,500 in 2018. So I'd say anything around the £2.5k mark is about right.

I could tell you exactly what I paid, however this was three years ago (July/August 2019), and I expect prices have increased in that time. I would expect probably around £2,000 would be the sort of number you would be looking at as a starting point, but that is a bit of a stab in the dark.
It is certainly something that you shouldn't skimp on as it needs to be watertight and afford you as much protection as possible.
I had a comment from a potential client that it was overly long. He was the only one that had any issue with it, and I had no issue with him not wanting to proceed!
