Big night in/big day out train tickets

I bought a couple of tickets in advance for trains from Sussex to Kingham on 14/9 and return on 15/9. I've been offered to travel with another attendee, and the tickets I bought are non-refundable. The leg from Paddington to Kingham (and back) is a specified train and seat only, and happy to sell it on for a small charge.
