Financial Planning Administrator

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a brilliant Financial Services Administrator to join our Cirencester Office at Proposito Financial Planning. This is ideally a full-time office-based role however we will consider part-time for the right person.  Experience within the financial planning profession would be desirable but not essential if you are willing to learn. Administrator experience is essential.

We are an award winning Chartered Financial Planning firm with an office in the heart of Cirencester.  We are a small but mighty team with everyone involved in shaping the future of the business and utilising their experiences and skills to help with this.

The successful applicant will be an adaptable, creative, self-organising problem-solver who thrives on responsibility and working as part of a small team. A love of coffee and cake is not a pre-requisite but may prove useful.

As the first point of contact for clients you will have excellent communication skills and employ a pro-active approach to assisting them whenever you can. The ability to familiarise yourself with new technology quickly and efficiently will also be beneficial.

In addition to the typical administrator duties, the role also involves:

  • Updating client information on our CRM,
  • Using our investment platforms
  • Processing application paperwork and completing client identification checks;
  • Admin tasks such as maintaining office supplies, dealing with utility providers for the office, scanning documents, dealing with incoming and outgoing post;
  • Administration of Invoices to be paid and other accounts admin;
  • Arranging client meetings;
  • Assisting in preparation for client refine meetings;
  • Along with others in the team you will take on some marketing responsibilities;
  • Manage Directors inbox;
  • Taking part in various projects as they arise.

In addition to a full-time salary of £18,000 - £24,000 (depending on skills and experience) we have a good benefits package that includes pension, PMI, generous holiday allowance, free parking and a comprehensive training and development programme.  We are also creating our own “forest” with employee carbon footprints offset each month.

Hours 9am to 5pm

Job Types: Full-time or Part-time

Salary: £18,000-£24,000pa (pro rata for part-time)
