CF1 and R01 - Diploma qualification

Hi

I have taken and passed the CF1 exam UK financial services, regulation and ethics and I am now doing the R0 exams and working towards a diploma in financial planning. I have currently completed R02 + R05 and will be doing R03,R04 and R06 in the future.

I am concerned while looking through that to obtain the diploma I still need to pass R01 (Financial services, regulation & ethics) although CF1 I thought was the equivalent.

Can anyone please shed some light? Is CF1 along with R02-R06 enough for the diploma or do I need to complete R01 even though I have done CF1?

Any advice on this is appreciated!
