Hey All!
I was wondering if anyone here is in a paraplanner team leader / manager role? I am going to be stepping into a new position next month and would be good to chat to others in a similar role to essentially pick your brains and to make sure I do an awesome job at mentoring / managing those within my new team especially as have limited experience in leadership

Hello, I would be happy to have a chat. I've been leading a team for a few years now. A bit like you, I had to learn on the job somewhat but sometimes that is the best way!
