SIPP Annual Review with Commercial Property

Hi - not technical as such... Doing my first annual review for a SIPP with a commercial property investment and an element of cash. Only change is that the cash element now to be invested so am including a fund switch section. Is there anything else I should be considering including or is it just as straight forward as any other review. We use Genovo but there is nothing specific relating to commercial property.

    It is as you say just an investment switch therefore you would just need to include the usual risk warnings when moving from cash to Stocks and Shares.

    I am sure you have already but you would need to consider leaving money in cash for charges or if there is rental income can this be automatically invested after each rental payment in?
