Trainee Adviser
Hi all
I am level 4 qualified, and starting to do some advanced diploma exams now. I am being offered to move into an advising role within my employment. I have all the qualifications and know the clients very well but just need some more experience and context as to how it is passed to the client in face to face meetings.
I work for a small firm with one adviser who has advised for over 30 years and he doesn't want me to pick up on his 'old habits' as such. I wondered if anyone is aware of any 'workshops' or training courses that are available to help train people to competent adviser status?
Any advise would be appreciated!
Thanks

Hi @sdeighton . There's a welcome home for you at NextGen of course and if you'd like call with one of the team to talk about getting to CAS just let me know. With regard to specific courses I'd also check out https://fptraining.academy/ - those guys run some really good stuff. Good luck!
