UK Citizen, living earning and paying tax in Switzerland

Anyone had any experience of of a client, who is working and paying tax in Switzerland, but is UK Citizen, planning to return to the UK, should invest for retirement?

I have done some research and thought I should share what I have learnt.

I have attached a PDF pruduced by Credit Suisse re the Swiss pension system.

And have come to the conclusion that an Offshore Bond maybe his only only other option with the benefit of Time Aportionment Relief when he comes back to the UK.
