Plan Works has become increasingly busy over the last few months, so much so we are looking to take on another paraplanner.
Plan Works is an outsourced paraplanning company based in the South East with clients based all over the country.
We are looking for someone who is very proactive, is not afraid to ask questions and someone who genuinely believes that they can help us take Plan Works to the next level.
Ideally, we would like someone who would be able to come to the office at least two days a week, but for the right person it may not be required.
Plan Works offers an array of services, report writing, financial planning, platform due diligence, etc, no two days are the same. Being outsourced, we do not have to do the other menial tasks such as filling out application forms, making the boss tea, scanning post etc. This is full on paraplanning.
This is not a role for someone who thinks they will be simply filling in the blanks, you need to be inquisitive, interested and not afraid to give your opinion.
For the right person, I will consider giving away some equity in the company so the candidate has a vested interest in the business and we can work together to improve on what we do.
The candidate does not need to be diploma qualified although experience is required. You need to be working towards getting your diploma and we can help you with this.
The salary is negotiable depending upon experience.
We are a truly caring company, so much so that we turn down work if we believe what is being recommended is not in the clients best interests.
We look after our people, so our people look after us, so no worries on that front.
