Intranet/Company Share Space

Hi all,

Not particularly paraplanning related, but we're looking for an engaging and efficient way to share all of our key documents (policies, process guides etc.) for all staff.

The key things are that it needs to be secure, but also ideally be able to link to documents in their current place, so that any updates are automatically pulled through. In an ideal world it would be visually appealing, and also able to host some "fun stuff" - staff quizzes, photos, recent blogs etc. The idea is that people will actually want to look at it!

Has anybody here got something similar by way of an intranet or company share space, and do you have any tips/recommendations?

    Hi Becca, if you have Office 365, you can use Sharepoint and make this your company intranet. You can brand it, add pages and pretty much do all the things that you have said, and it's included in your subscription cost.

    I was going to do one but seems a bit daft having an intranet just for me!! 😂
