help with Terms of Business document

Hi all, I'm just starting out as a self employed paraplanner (lousy timing I know), and am looking to draft a terms of business document. I really dont know where to start with this and would appreciate any assistance/template etc?

    Paraplanner. F1, Apple, Nutella, ice cream. No trite motivational quotes. Turning a bit northern.
