Pension Providers & Payslips
I hope everyone is safe and well and coping through these tough times.
We use a few providers for our clients in drawdown and 2 out of the 3 providers send payslips each month to the client when taking taxable income.
In other peoples experience, is the norm for providers to send these each month or do most not do this?
Just looking for a general consensus on this and whether we should be pushing the 3rd provider to do so.
Doesn't matter to us really but one client has moved from one that did this to one that doesn't.
