Using iPAD or Tablets for clients to input data and sign docs

Does anyone use an iPad or tablet for clients to use to complete details or sign documents such as Privacy Statements etc? I visited a business yesterday and was handed a tablet to check all my details were correct and to amend those that were not. Also on this were 2 forms to complete and sign and it was easy and very slick and I had it all checked and completed and handed back while I was waiting for my appointment. I thought we could use a system like this for our clients. We currently use IO and my initial thought was to use the adviser view on the tablet for them to do this. This would work for data gathering but would need to have another system for signing documents. Assuming there are firms out there who do something like this so interested in any comments or suggestions! Thanks
