Morning all,
At a recent event I was speaking to people from other firms about panels and how they are used/enforced. There seems to be a variety of routes that firms take and what info is needed for off panel recommendations.

What is the general consensus. If a client has a product that is not on panel, do you look to replace? What info do you normally look to put on file for off panel recommendations?
