Company makeover project - looking for help/advice

Hi all,

I've recently stepped into the paraplanner role in my company, after being an administrator/trainee for some time before that. I feel that there is a case for reviewing how we operate in a few areas, such as our CIP, our processes, how everything is documented and our staff situation (is there enough support staff in place relative to no. of clients and AUM - I suspect not).

Does anybody know of some form of external consultancy/project manager who can help with this type of IFA business makeover?

Also, if anyone here went through a massive review + redesign of CIP in their workplace, I'd love to hear your experience and any advice you may have on this.

    She has done the above for our business and also several IFA firms (some are clients or ours and some not). She's damn good.

    Paraplanner. F1, Apple, Nutella, ice cream. No trite motivational quotes. Turning a bit northern.
