Storage of Client Information

I have seen lots of conversations about the storage of client information, I wonder if anyone has asked where the likes of selectapension, O&M and FE store the information that is held online?

Using some online tools to "sniff" the technology used, FE appear to be hosting their marketing site on the Microsoft Azure platform :

Selectapension appear to be hosting with Rackspace (who have solutions in every major continent and data centres in London too).

And finally O&M are hosting on a Microsoft server, but can't determine where. More annoyingly, they use lead forensics on their site to determine businesses that visit their site, probably to then follow up with direct marketing.

Gareth, Adviserasset.co.uk looks like the server is Suhosin which I assume is not in the UK?
